• When I click the “Accept” button I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.


• – I agree to provide EZYBIT with my personal details and accept that my details may be shared with third parties for the purposes of verification. I accept EZYBIT’s privacy policy which can be found at https://www.ezybit.com.au/Privacy.html and acknowledge that my personal information will be treated in accordance with this policy.


• – I acknowledge that I am not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). Under Australian law “A PEP is an individual who holds a prominent public position or role in a government body or international organisation, either in Australia or overseas. Immediate family members and or close associates of these individuals are also considered PEP's.”.


• – I understand that if I am a PEP, I am not welcome to use EZYBIT services and I should cancel this transaction immediately by pressing “CANCEL” below.


• – I acknowledge that EZYBIT is registered with AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange, and I accept that my personal details and transaction information may be shared with AUSTRAC in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act of 2006.


• – I accept that this terminal will automatically take a photo of my face and store this photo for at least seven years when I click the “I Accept” Button.


• – I confirm that all transactions that I am about to make are personal transactions for myself. I confirm that I am not acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or legal entity. I understand that it is EZYBIT’s policy to only provide services to a natural person who is acting for themselves.


• - I confirm that the digital currency I am purchasing is being transferred directly to a wallet address that I control. I am not acting under the instructions of a third party who has requested that I buy digital currency and send it directly to someone else’s wallet address that I do not control.


• – I understand that it is my responsibility to enter the correct wallet addresses and other necessary transaction information into this terminal. I understand that if I mistakenly enter the wrong destination address into this terminal that my digital currency may end up going to an unintended location and this is not the operator (EZYBIT’s) responsibility.


• – I accept that transactions may not be reversible, my funds may not be recoverable, and I accept that the terminal operator (EZYBIT) will not issue refunds or recover digital currency that was transferred to an incorrect address because of operator error.


• – I understand there that all transactions on this terminal are subject to external risk factors such as network errors and hardware failure. If there is a technical problem in the middle of my transaction, then I may not receive my digital currency right away even though the terminal has accepted my physical cash.


• – I understand that if a technical problem does occur the operator EZYBIT will do everything that is reasonably possible to ensure that either my physical cash is refunded or that I do receive the digital currency that I purchased. I also understand that there may be significant time delays in this process and that in some cases beyond the operators control my digital currency may not be recoverable and it may not be possible to refund my physical cash.


• – I understand that any digital currency I purchase from EZYBIT is not a regulated financial product. It has no intrinsic value and its price in Australian dollars is potentially very volatile. The EZYBIT business does not hold an Australian Financial Services (AFSL) Licence. EZYBIT offers no financial advice in relation to any of the digital currencies that we are selling. EZYBIT takes no responsibility for losses associated with any of our customers purchases.


• – I understand that to purchase digital currency from EZYBIT I will require a digital wallet. I acknowledge that this wallet is not an EZYBIT product and that the operation and maintenance of the wallet or any losses incurred while using this wallet is not our responsibility. I acknowledge that my wallet is located in Australia and is controlled exclusivity by me.


• – I understand that I if I am in the middle of a purchase and I decide not to proceed at any time I may cancel the purchase by pressing the cancel button. In this case no digital currency will be sent to the target digital wallet. Any cash that I have already inserted will not be instantly refunded by the terminal. In order to recover these funds, I must contact EZYBIT support. In most cases we will do our best to identify and return the missing cash. However, I also acknowledge that EZYBIT is not under any obligation or time limit to locate and return the missing funds.


• – I agree that I will not use EZYBIT ATMs to engage in any kind of illegal activity including but not limited to. Money laundering, Drug dealing, Ransomware, Tax Evasion, Terrorist Financing, Blackmail or Extortion.


• – I agree that I will not attempt to sell digital currency to EZYBIT in exchange for cash that I knowingly obtain from a person or business that was involved in activity that is considered illegal under Australian law.


• – I understand that EZYBIT charges a fixed fee per transaction along with a variable commission that is typically higher than the average market rate. I also understand that these fees and commissions are openly published on https://www.coinatmradar.com/ and may by changed at any time. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to do my own research an determine how much I am willing to pay for the digital currency I am about to purchase.
